Design Competition
Here's your chance! Show us your mojo.
ECGC is holding its annual T-shirt design competition. The winning designer will have their artwork featured on the official 2023 ECGC conference t-shirts
Awards - As well as having your design featured and receiving two complimentary T-shirts, the winner will also receive two VIP tickets to attend the conference - including full access to the conference and all VIP events!
Eligibility
The competition is open to all East Coast Game Conference fans. You don't need to be a attendee to enter. If you have purchased a ticket and win, we will refund your original ticket and replace it with two VIP tickets.
Deadline
All submissions must be completed (with designs uploaded - see the form below) by no later than 5PM EST on March 24, 2023. Entries after the deadline will not be accepted.
Judging
Members of our ECGC Advisory Board, design staff and industry professionals will judge the entries. The winning designer will be contacted after April 1, 2023. Only one entry per person is permitted.

Contest Rules
Download the official ECGC logo & font here.
Not following contest rules will cause your entry to be disqualified. All entries must:
- use only the official ECGC font for ALL text
- include the title "EAST COAST GAME CONFERENCE"
- include the official ECGC logo
- be completely original and NOT utilize copyrighted materials, fan art, or purchased images
- fit within an 11" high by 11" wide area *
- be rendered in color (up to 4 colors max)
- be compatible with (and may recommend) one or more of these T-shirt colors **
- be submitted using the form below, including:
- one of the following design formats in a zip file:
- Adobe Illustrator (.ai) -> .zip
- Adobe Photoshop (.psd) -> .zip
- Adobe InDesign (.indd) -> .zip
- one of the following image formats:
- Graphic (.jpg)
- Graphic (.png)
- one of the following design formats in a zip file:
* The design will be placed on the back of the T-shirt. The ECGC logo will be placed on the front right, and East Coast Game Conference will be spelled out on the sleeve.
** East Coast Game Conference retains the right to choose the final T-shirt color.
Remember
- Review the eligibility, deadline, judging, and contest rules above.
- Entries received after March 24, 2023 at 5 pm EST will not be accepted.
- Limit one entry per person.
- All entries become the property of Triangle Game Initiative.
